Handy hints – If you wish to supply artwork for printing, the preferred format is as a high resolution Adobe PDF file. Please ensure any bleeds are included (this is needed where images go off the edge of the paper, so you do not get white edges once trimmed), cut marks are also helpful.

Images
Often downloaded images will appear clear on screen, but if they are a small file size, then they will print very pixelated, please ensure they are of a high enough resolution, 300 dpi (dots per inch) is ideal.

Printing
Please note, your screen images will always look more vibrant than a printed ones, as it is back lit, rather than ink or toner on paper. Where possible we provide you with printed proofs, for you to check content and quality.

Proofing
Proofs are provided so that you can check all content and layout is correct: It is the responsibility of you, the customer to confirm that the artwork (either supplied or created) is correct and print ready, only when we have this confirmation will we proceed to print.
